Thank you for shopping with us. These terms ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Ordering & Fulfillment
– Processing Time: Your custom order will be ready in 2–3 business days. If delays arise (e.g., fabric availability), we’ll notify you promptly.
– Order Confirmation:You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation. Please review it carefully—contact us within 6 hours for changes.
2. Delivery
– Nationwide Shipping:Delivered via trusted riders for KES 300–1,500(location-dependent).
– Delivery Time:1–5 days after completion. Delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays) will be communicated.
– Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via SMS/email.
3. Cancellations & Changes
– You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
– Custom items cannot be changed after confirmation. To modify, cancel the original order (return delivered items if applicable) and place a new one.
4. Pricing & Payment Â
– Currency:All prices are in KES
– Payment Methods: M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, or bank transfers via secure platforms.
– Price Adjustments: Prices may change due to fabric costs or promotions. Paid orders are price-locked.
5. Returns & Refunds
– Faulty Items:Return within 3 days for free repairs/replacement (if the error is ours).
– Custom Items: No returns/exchanges unless defective.
– Refunds: Processed within 19 business days via your original payment method.
6. Custom Orders
– Fabric/Design: Colors may vary slightly due to screens or fabric batches.
– Non-Refundable: If the item matches your provided specifications.
– Alterations:Available for KES 500–2,000 (e.g., hemming).
